Totino Estate, Adelaide Hills, South Australia

Totino Estate Vineyards are situated in the picturesque Adelaide Hills of South Australia, in a region called Paracombe. Located approximately 420 metres above sea level, Totino Estate sits on 120 acres of land with 80 acres of vineyards. The climate is cooler, the soils richer, and the subsequent flavours of the grapes grown, are delicate yet complex. The property was a former vineyard, however in 1970's a government grant was issued and the vineyards were vacated. In 1999 despite the un-kept state of the Paracombe Estate, The Totino family saw great potential and commence planting six grape varietals.

The Adelaide Hills is one of Australia's most charming wine regions. Not only is the region beautiful, but it is also home to a large number of premium wines. The Adelaide Hills has a well deserved reputation as one of Australia's premium cool climate wine regions, producing excellent sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio and chardonnay.
